By installing or using Get Context (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Get Context is a personal-use tool that joins Zoom meetings on your behalf, transcribes them, and writes notes into your own private knowledge base. It is operated by Aleksandr Khomich ("the Operator") as an individual, not a registered company. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without commercial guarantees.
You must be at least 16 years old. You must own or have explicit permission to record any meeting the bot joins. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording laws in your jurisdiction (notably two-party consent in some US states, GDPR in the EU, and equivalent laws elsewhere).
You may use the Service for personal productivity, recording your own meetings, and meetings where you have permission. You may not use the Service to:
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Zoom Marketplace and revoking OAuth tokens. The Operator may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including misuse, abuse, or the Operator simply deciding to discontinue the Service.
Meeting transcripts and summaries are written to your own GitHub repository. You own that content. The Operator does not claim any rights to your meeting data. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator makes no guarantees about availability, accuracy of transcripts, completeness of summaries, or fitness for any particular purpose. Transcription is automatic and will contain errors. Summaries are generated by an AI and may misinterpret context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, missed meetings, or reputational harm. Total liability under these Terms is limited to zero, since the Service is provided free of charge.
You agree to defend and hold harmless the Operator from any claim arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) recordings you made using the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance to connected users via Telegram and email. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia (Belgrade), where the Operator resides. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgrade. If you reside in the EU, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
